About Us
WHAT WE DO
Our Approach
Our academy offers a space to explore yourself in depth through experiential and creative programs. Our mission is to cultivate an empathetic, open, and expansive space that not only holds space for and supports self-development and expansion, but also encourages us to build a community of individuals looking for connection and belonging.
With a multi-dimensional approach, Ascension Academy draws from many modalities to make for a more holistic, wholesome journey through depth work. We believe that inculcating an integrative practice approach that combines the emotional, physical, intellectual, spiritual and relational aspects of ourselves can lead to deeper meaning and healing. Deepening into our inner knowing, intuitiveness, language, divinity, symbolism and owning our stories, leads to more healing.
